Tamarak Wilderness Products Ltd. is the manufacturer of the Tamarak Hiking Sticks. From the end cuts of these hiking sticks we make the Tamarak Hot Dog Sticks "The Most Beautiful Hot Dog Sticks in the World."

We have also established a project where we facilitate the design & manufacture of souvenir medallions. One of our overall plans is to create a new cultural icon for North America with our hiking sticks & our company.

We have achieved partnerships by becoming the Official Hiking Sticks of new trails such as the Trans Canada Trail & the American Discovery Trail, as well as historic journeys such as the Lewis & Clark legacy.

Another objective is to create a positive awareness of Native North Americans & their positive contribution to history & today's society. We are currently located in 190 stores across Canada & the US.
We have manufacturing, storage & distribution facilities in three key locations in Alberta: Wetaskiwin, St. Albert & Egremont.

 
  Tamarak Wilderness Products was incorporated under the laws of Alberta in 1995 & is owned by   Dennis Purschke & operated as a family business. Tamarak's vision is to bring unity in society &   enjoyment of the land that sustains us all. By 2006, Tamarak Wilderness Products Ltd. will be a   highly visible company known as the best hiking & hot dog sticks in the industry.
